• Website analytics (aggregated, non‑identifying) to improve performance.

How we use data

• To deliver and improve our services (e.g., generate knowledge bases, answer customer questions).
• To measure outcomes (deflection %, response time, bookings).
• To communicate with you about pilots, subscriptions, and updates.

Data processors

We use reputable providers for hosting, forms, chat, scheduling, and payments. Where applicable, we execute Data Processing Agreements and configure retention and access controls.

AI usage disclosure

Our assistants are clearly identified as AI. They operate on client‑approved data and escalate sensitive or uncertain queries to humans. We do not allow clinical, legal, or financial advice.

Data retention

Client data used for pilots is retained only for the duration of the pilot plus a short grace period, unless you continue as a subscriber. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting privacy@deflectly.com.

Security

We apply least‑privilege access, encryption in transit, and regular permission audits. Please protect any API keys or credentials you share during setup.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, notify active clients.
