1. Services
Deflectly provides AI‑assisted customer support and sales automation. Pilots are short trials to demonstrate value before monthly subscription.
2. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate policies, FAQs, and escalation rules.
- Ensure lawful use of data, including customer communications.
- Promptly review escalations and policy gaps flagged by the assistant.
3. Acceptable use & disclosure
The assistant is presented as a brand AI assistant, not a human individual, and avoids clinical, legal, or financial advice. Sensitive topics are escalated.
4. Fees & billing
Fees are listed on the website. Pilots may convert to monthly plans unless canceled before the renewal date. Taxes and payment processor fees may apply.
5. Data & confidentiality
We keep client data confidential and use it only to provide the services. See our Privacy Policy for details on processing and retention.
6. Warranties & limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Term & termination
Subscriptions are month‑to‑month unless otherwise agreed. Either party may terminate with notice. Sections relating to fees due, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after posting indicates acceptance. For material changes, we will notify active clients.
